Deceiving the World with Pictures

This photo was first published by the Reuters as an image of a "dead woman being carried by the Georgian soldiers from the town of Gori". But this "dead woman", incredibly, is clutching the nurse's arm.

This man exhibiting rage and grief happens to sit in the exact same place where the earlier picture was taken: the same pile of garbage is behind his back and scraps of metal from the picture of a "dead" woman being 'rescued' are lying around like in the earlier photo -- plus some, additional, unidentified scraps of metal. What are these supposed to represent?
Fighting Dirty: Pictures to Provoke Hatred and More Suffering
Remember the image of an emaciated Bosnian Muslim allegedly caged behind "Serb barbed wire", in a "Serb concentration camp" Trnopolje? The fake photo filmed by a British news team became a worldwide symbol of the war in Bosnia. Even after it was proven that the "prisoner" wasn't a prisoner to begin with, and was filmed outside the gate, part of which had barbed wire, this picture had still continued to be proudly exhibited all over the world to this day as the "evidence" that Serbs ran the "concentration camps" in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Even the Hague tribunal's web site carries this fake image on its home page, offering another demonstration of its patent bias and voluntary blindness, a willful disregard for the facts and truth in all forms.
Deception through imagery is as old as man's ability to produce images. But photo-manipulation and staging the atrocities against one's own people to have them immediately filmed, disseminated throughout the world and used to provoke violent reaction -- retaliation -- against the designated culprit, was never used with so much success in propaganda war as during the 1990s, against the Serbs in all stages of Yugoslav civil wars.
Someone Keeps Moving "Their Son"

The caption Reuters gave to this photo is "Georgians stand next to the body of their son in the town of Gori". The woman is looking up towards the sky from where, presumably, death had stricken "her son".

But for the purposes of this photo the body of the "son" has been obviously moved quite a bit away from the curb. This was clearly not done in order to cover up the naked parts of the dead man's body, nor to allow some measure of dignity to the dead. Was it done for the light? (One should challenge Reuters to find a mother -- any mother -- who would allow the body of her child to be dragged through dirt half naked like this, while she is taking instructions from a photographer where to stand, where to look and what to do next)
Shameful role Western mainstream media has played in demonizing the Serbs and spreading the filthiest, basest propaganda against the Serbian nation and its leaders during the civil wars in the territory of former Yugoslavia, had dealt a fatal blow to Western news agencies' claims of neutrality, objectivity and impartiality. It turned out that Western mainstream media is a willing cobelligerent in the aggressive imperial wars West is constantly engaged in, being no more than a tool used by Western political powers to advance their own agendas.
One will often hear Reuters, AP, AFP, DPA and others refer to, say, Serbian RTS as "Belgrade's official TV", as if BBC, CNN, CBC, ABC and others are "independent", far removed from the offices of their respective states' governments and administrations. Rubbish! If they are all independent and each on their own, then how come they're all always tooting the same horn and always rooting for the same side in every conflict, every war, every confrontation -- how can that be?! How was such a wide consensus achieved on every single international issue, when was this perfectly unison choir formed, spanning millions of newspapers, magazines, web sites, TV studios and news agencies? Are they all copying from each other because they are all border-line retarded, a world wide club of semi-retards who can't come up with a single original thought, or because they follow political instructions, an unwritten, unquestionable set of rules, a codex saying you either fall in line and follow the script, or you're out in the cold, and out for good? You decide.
But, when you see the rigged photo stories like these latest ones from British Reuters, be kind and remember -- they might be out to destroy entire nations, but someone's paycheck depends on it, so ...they had to do it.

I remember seeing back in 1999 a CNN or BBC report showing what looked to me a scene where Albanian women and their children were being separated, with the children being transferred to carriages tied to tractors. The women were crying and holding the hands of the children who were at this point mounted on the carriages. What caught my eye was one of the bawling women. She turned her head towards the camera that stood to her right side, and started giggling for about 5 seconds, after which she suddenly snapped her head back (probably after being warned by the cameraman) to the carriage and thrust her hands over her child, crying again.

It seems that your website is being monitored now that the text for the "dead woman" has been changed to:
"Georgian soldiers carry an injured woman in the town of Gori, 80 km (50 miles) from Tbilisi, August 9, 2008."

These are typical US infowar or psyop war techniques. It is important to remember that US Army Psyops Specialists worked for CNN during the Kosovo conflict. CNN is nothing but Government-controlled media. Invariably, CNN parrots the Pentagon, CIA, and US State Department. CNN is actually just an arm of the US government and military.
If you notice on the web, AFP has photos of destroyed Georgian T-72 tanks in the capital city of South Ossetia. CNN and Reuters do not show any of those photos. Those photos show that the CIA installed Georgian Government, a puppet government of the US, has heavy weapons that it used against its own citizens in what amounted to genocide and war crimes. There were thousands of Ossetian refugees which CNN also did not show. Moreover, 2,000 Ossetian civilians were killed by US trained Georgian troops. Again, CNN did not show this.
CNN and Reuters focused on "collateral damage". These photos are particularly inane. What is that, Butt Crack Genocide? Butt Crack "aggression" against the Butt Crack "victims". CNN and Butt Crack go together.
What CNN is covering up is how the Ossetians and Russians wiped out that neocon Likudnik army in Ossetia. Ossetians report that the city is full of rotting corpses of dead US trained Georgian soldiers. There are piles and piles of dead CIA trained Likudnik necon corpses in the city. There are also rows and rows of destroyed Georgian tanks. Bill Kristol should check out those photos. His Likudnik CIA neoconservative troops got slaughtered. They are stincking up the place in Ossetia. I guess the Ossetians and the Russians "cracked some Likudnik CIA puppet skulls" in Ossetia! Bill Kristol gets to watch his puppets get slaughtered.
Ultimately, CNN is covering up the US role as the puppet master to this genocide. The US planned this aggression for the Georgian puppets and is bankrolling the Georgian army. This genocide is Made in the USA. So it is gratifying to see these US puppets get their skulls crushed. The US military training really helped them. Helped them right into body bags. The Ossetians and Russians crushed the skulls of these neocon puppets and stooges. CNN and Reuters cannot do anything about that. All they can do is show Butt Cracks. Inside Butt Cracks is where CNN belongs as does Reuters. What a big joke CNN is.

Well I was watching US news and john Mcpain said he knew the georgian president from when he was studying in the united states. Gee was that the same school thadici was going to?. admission of the fact that the georgian president was in the US and more than likely was being groomed by the US, to be installed in georgia, just like thadici I for one dont find this strange at all because it fits right in with US policy. They are provoking russia and once again making russia into the "bad guy" but for those who dont know johnny mcpain hates russia, because the NVA for sure used soviet SAM systems to shoot him down when he was commiting war crimes in the name of democracy over vietnam. They are trying to accuse russia in starting the war, the US media are all a bunch of asswipes.

Everything associatted with US military ops is always associated with a level of extremist propaganda. By constantly attacking Russia's responce people will soon forget who started the conflict in such a brutal manner. Already the focus is on the suffering Georgians who lost a mere fraction of civilians compared to the murder of the Ossesetians but Reuters Cnn and the Western media dont go in to show or focus on the other sides death toll and misery. To defeat a liar you must discredit him for the liar he is and take away his ability to speak then the penny will drop for all media sheep and the US will find an unwilling population similair to Vietnam to go to War. The more Crap that is sent out there the more tired people will become of it and when the ratings drop then the western mainstream media would look for it's new high that in biting the hand that feeds it.
After all even those idiots know they got to eat.

The lying NATO and NWO dickheads will not get by easily -lies, propaganda, agression-with Russia as they have previously with Serbia. The geopolitical landscape has changed considerably. Russia is on her feet again, financially secure, smartly run and assertive while the US has a bunch of short-sighted morons who only know how to screw their own country, its friends and its genuine long-term national interests.

Hello all,
This whole affair is a purposely orchestrated theatrical production. How convenient is it that the Bush Administration trained and prepped Georgia and then US trainers pull out just before they initiate an apparent blunder that the Russians have been ready and poised to respond to, for months. It goes without saying that all sides in this strange little war have something up their sleeves that most people have no clues about. All the pieces were placed on the board before major world leaders went off to the Olympics, pretending to be surprised, and pretending to be mad at one another afterwards.
It is amazing how easily duped the sheeple of this world are. Keep them stupid and enslaved to money and they are easily herded to the slaughter. The poor people of Georgia are mere pawns to the whims of those slithering in the shadows. This little production has been planned for some time to coincide with the Olympics, but that was such a poor cover that it should be obvious that something else is afoot. And how convenient is it that the Olympics are on 8/8/08?
The timing of 8/8/08 links this to the same gang that pulled off 9/11 (and many other events) with its blatantly obvious numerology. Contemplate Machiavelli and Mystery Babylon, since they both point to the same gang of liars.
Time to get a clue and help stop this gang of evil halfwits, before its too late...

It appears now that this genocidal aggression by US puppet proxy state Georgia was planned and organized by the US. Just examine the body language and tell-tale signs. Dick Cheney is furious and wants to bomb Russia when his Georgian puppets got their skulls crushed in South Ossetia and Abkhazia. Cheney is foaming at the mouth. Condo Rice, his puppet and messenger, micro-manages the aggression. Remember she visited Geogia a month ago and planned out this genocide. Bill Kristol has a propaganda piece ready to publish. Clealry, the neocon Likudniks have been planning this insane genocidal aggression for some time.
Moreover, there is no way the Georgian puppets and proxies could launch this war without US approval and orchestration. Why? Because politicians are scoundrels and cowards. Georgian leaders knew Russian troops would bash out their brains and take control of all of Georgia. Politicians do not like to commit suicide because they are essentially leeches and bloodsuckers. There is no question this was planned by the US government. Dick Cheney's body language proves it. What is he so hot about? Why does he love his Georgians so? Who cares if hundreds of Georgian soldiers get their skulls crushed and brains bashed out? Who cares? Dick Cheney does. Why? Because he was the one that got them killed, that is why. Cheney and his Likudniks planned this genocide.
But what convinced me that this was a US planned and orchestrated genocidal war of aggression was when I saw news footage of Georgian soldiers firing Katyusha rockets at civilians and apartment buildings in Ossetia, killing women and children. The question is: Who is so depraved and brain dead that they would kill women and children in this way? The only answer was: This is a US operation from the get go. The US has already murdered over one million Arabs and Muslims in Iraq. That is genocide. This Katyusha attack is very similar to what the US did in the Balkans, advising and training the Croatian and Bosnian Muslim and Albanian Muslim puppets to commit genocide against the Serbian populations. It is similar to the US bombing of Serbia in 1999 when the US killed Serbian women and children and bombed churches and hospitals and power plants. The MO is the same. Only the US demonstrates that psychopathic genocidal arrogance. So this was definitely a neocon Likudnik attack orchestrated by US neocons in Washington, DC.
The upshot is that the US puppet Georgian troops got wiped out and obliterated. They got their skulls crushed. The one country that bears responsibility for this aggression and genocide here is the puppetmaster: The United States.

These images are from Gori, the city that was used as a launching pad and military base for the aggression against South Ossetia. These is where the Georgian army was stationed and garrisoned for the attack into South Ossetia. Gori is where the Georgian troops were stationed and based.
What happened was that once the Ossetian and Russian forces destroyed the Georgian infantry and tank assaults, Gori was targeted as the base for the aggression.
Russian artillery, jets, and missiles targeted Geogian military bases in Gori. They wiped the Georgian military off the face of the earth. These pictures that Reuters has posted are the "collateral damage" from the Russian counter-attacks. Collateral damage is inevitable in war. The Georgian military stationed its troops in and around Gori. When they attacked South Ossetia from bases in and around Gori, Russia had no choice but to destroy those soldiers based in Gori.
I love how the Georgian puppet government characterized their military disaster in South Ossetia. They said they were "withdrawing" their troops from South Ossetia. Sure, in body bags. The Ossetians and Russians wiped out the US trained Georgian army. T-72 tanks litter Ossetia. This is a military disaster for Georgia. Moreover, they have lost these regions permanently now as Russia will recognize their independence.
The Ossetians voted in democratic elections in 2006 and voted 99% in favor of independence from Georgia. Now why is the US and CNN covering this up? What about national self-determination? What about democracy?
The rule is: If you are a stooge, puppet, or proxy of the US, you get independence and freedom and your sovereignty and borders are recognized.
If you are not a US puppet, then you do not get independence and your sovereignty is not recognized.
It is a pretty simple rule. Not much morality or justice involved. Just naked self-interest and selfish vanity.
Not surprising, Georgia is a US satellite and puppet regime which the US has showered with advisers and military aid. US taxpayers have paid for Georgian weapons and munitions and US military planners.
What is the US position on this conflict? WHich way will CNN spin their infowar techniques? All we have to do is apply the above rule. It is perfectly simple. Almost too simple.

Could I point out that the first two shots are taken with different zoom lengths. The first is a wider angle than the second so features appear compressed in the second. (Hence the pile of rubbish at rear is relatively larger in the second shot.) The metal scrap in front of the second shot could well be off shot at bottom of the first, as could the location of the man himself. In fact, if you look closely the light coloured trousers of the 'body' in the first shot appear to be visible to the left of the man in the second, and I believe I can see the forehead of the 'body' to his right, although if this is the case he appears to have been turned over.
Pictures 3 and 4 have the same issue of different zoom lengths compressing shots. You have failed to point out the kerb behind the body which is clearly up against his back in both shots. Very hard to fake that, as would the creases and shadows in trousers and T-shirt after a move.
Posted by: Perry Rowe | August 14, 2008 03:33 AM
As appalling as it sounds, we actually think the body was placed on a moving platform of a sort before the series of the photos have been taken. There is no doubt the body has been moved towards/away from the curb -- regardless of the lenses, the distances (from the curb, the pole, the old man etc.) are obvious and significant and can't "appear" due to different lenses.
P.S. Re the first two photos, not sure what's your point Perry. We said that the two scenes were clearly taken on the exact same spot -- that's not the issue. The problem is that two very dramatic, entirely different scenes, are taking place in the space of 5 square meters, out of the whole town and state. So, the stage has been set and different actors are coming out on cue, to do this now, and that afterwards. That is the problem: it is unnatural, unrealistic and therefore unreal, i.e. fake. The zooms, lenses, twisted metal props, fruits and leaves to cover the platform in the other series, and additional garbage strewn about are beside the point.
Posted by: BBlog Staff | August 14, 2008 04:52 AM
The creases on the guy's black shirt ARE different in the photos - just look at each crease and compare. Plus the tear in the back is much wider in the second shot. Additionally his shirt is pulled up more in the first (exposing more of his back) than the second - notice in particular the two dirt spots on his right hip at the top. There is less than 2 inches from the one spot to the edge of his shirt in the second one, but in the first it is around five inches. They made a touch of wardrobe by opening the tear a bit more and his shirt is more pulled down - by pulling it down they'd open the gap more. They did that but didn't cover his plumber's butt.
Plus you have the old man focused right at the photographer each time, not absorbed in looking at his "son". The woman looks very posed and taking directions from the photographer they both are always aimed towards him so their expressions can be seen.

You do have a point. Different lenses and different angles can indeed produce controversial results. The question is whether this is the case here...
What worries me the most is the second pic (the man sitting down in the rubble). These are my comments on this photo.
-The man has no obvious injuries - not even a scar.
-His clothes are clean his shoes seem to be brand new.
-I believe that he is not even sitting down, he supports himself with his left hand. Why?
-Why would someone look straight at the camera, cry out and extend his arm to the camera man? He surely knows that the reporter cannot help him in any way. So unless someone wants to convey a message to us there is no reason for this picture to even exist.
This particular photo is clearly staged. This man is asking the world (all of us) to help him by 'laying' in a pile of rubble (that indicates the destruction) and crying out for help (indicative of his desperate condition).
To better understand my point, think of HOW this man got there - he clearly walked and sat down; and how he left the 'scene' - he just stood up walked to another location so that they will take more pictures of him.
This can be seen on this post - thank you Hirschberger:

But the worst offense in these photos is the fact they are psychologically completely wrong. One doesn't need to notice that the body was being moved around from one shot to another, to realize the woman standing above the body of allegedly her dead son has absolutely no connection with the man on the ground; instead of a man, a dog, or a barrel of apples could be placed in the same spot and woman's behavior (as well as the old man's) would appear equally "befitting". Theatrical, melodramatic, but ridiculously emotionless. She has a nice clean dress and a matching jacket on, "her son" is lying half naked on the ground in front of her, in an undignified position -- and it doesn't even occur to her to take her fine jacket off and try to cover the body?! One would do that for an unknown man lying dead in the street, let alone for his own child!
In the first photo, did you notice how the "nurse" and "doctor" are walking over the body of a man lying on the ground (in amazingly, perfectly clean shirt, pants and sneakers)? Are the Georgian medical professionals so out of tune with common decency and the basic sense of ethics that they walk over and across dead bodies? Are they nuts? Well, no, it's more likely that the actors here needed to be properly squeezed in the picture.
And the guy who's supposed to be mourning his dead friend - was he waiting for the paramedics to walk over his friend's body, and for the "traffic" to clear up, so that he can step onto the stage and give his performance?
This is terrible. And terribly shameful deception, first and foremost on behalf of Reuters - there is no way they didn't notice all that we have and no way they didn't know these are nasty fakes. Yet, they proudly stood behind them and pasted their logo over them. Disgusting.

All these US and Western media falsifications and mind-control techniques are futile because the Russian Government announced today that it will recognize the independence of South ossetia and Abkhazia. Here is the link:
http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2008/aug/14/russia-forget-about-georgia-territorial-integri-1/
Of course, Russian tanks, artillery, and jets spoke louder than words on this issue when they wiped out the military of the Tbilisi regime. That spoke volumes about the independence of South Ossetia and Abkhazia. Indeed, the sound was deafening.
The Kosovo precedent obviously had a major impact on the Russian decision in this case. So, in this regard, US policy on Kosovo is largely responsible for the ensuing independence of South Ossetia and Abkhazia.

A Georgian woman wept as she fled her village on the outskirts of Gori. Investigators began to look into allegations of atrocities committed in the separatist enclave of South Ossetia, where the war erupted on Aug. 8.
